Wow, these links are exactly what I needed! Thank you for the kind words, as well. I agree 100% with that you said about medical doctors...just wish I had this knowledge from the get go. In fact, I remember telling my MD about my symptoms of extreme anxiety b/c of the pills, only to have him immediately write a 2nd prescription for anxiety pills. Thank God I never filled that prescription out. Anyways, thanks again for the links.
