new record for me, 4 days dry!

My longest ever dry fast is now 4 days, midnight Wed to midnight Sunday. My previous best was 3days4hours.

I was planning over 5 days and thought it would be easy as I felt really good, like I could go for 11days!
But at 9pm on the 4th day I got a headache and it kept getting worse despite going out for a walk and trying to get some sleep, so I stuck it till midnight.

feel amazing! so much has healed! I can't imagine what 11 days of healing must be like.

I'm gradually getting there, going for 5 days next time.

RE:urination, mine was dark first 2 days and then lightened up and became more frequent, I was urinating a LOT and it was getting more rather than less which I thought was strange but reassuring that my body could find that much water after over 3 days.

I kept a log of my blood pressure/pulse/urine, etc :

I wonder what would have happened if I had tried to carry on despite the headache, surely that is a sign of severe dehydration and that you should STOP ?? Tweet
