Hi VJV, if you have been reading the posts then you will have read that unless you have a very heavy worm load, the chances are it will not show up in a stool test. An Elisa test/blood antigen test is needed to confirm strongyloides.

if you have a very heavy load you would probaby be suffering from diarheoa, bloating, max and awful smelly wind. Stop and think ! Do you have these symtoms?

its quite unusual to go from no symptoms to being overrun overnight!

I do not think Ascaris bite. Only hookworm and Tapeworm tend to bite. Have you considered Tapeworm or done the Cayenne pepper test reccomended by Loricalady?

Take three cayenne capsules aday and by day 4-5 you will pass things that look like sesame seeds or rice in your stools.
