Folliculitis for 4 years, big hair loss

Hello .I am 20 year old male, and I have some kind of folliculitis on my hair.its like dry pimples that itch a lot and if I itch , sometimes some hair falls out. its horrible. I have been to several doctors, tried Antibiotic creams,antiseptic lotions, Antibiotic pills , tried taking iron, and there is no change at all. I tried aromatherapy ..everything you can imagine. What else can I do? Would shaving help?None of the doctors know where they come from.. :/ Tweet
