Do you sleep with electronics on your body, or within 4 feet of your body?
If so, stop doing that. Get rid of them and move them away from your bed as far as possible.
Stop sleeping near any magnets and sources of electromagnetic radiation.
Hopefully you are not sleeping near a cellphone...
