Re: Flush # 7
It was about 6 weeks since my last flush.
I refrained from all fats for 6 days, took malic acid about 3grams a day, fasted on the flush day with 1
quart apple juice. I did the standard 6/8/ dose of
Epsom Salt except it was 4 tablespoons for only 18oz water (i omit the 8am dose because i dont need it) so 1 1/3 tbs per 6oz dose, in warm water. I then took 6oz sunflower oil with 6oz grapefruit juice and "chewed" it very well, making sure to actively feel the contraction it had on my entire digestive system (i start to salivate and get nausea before even drinking it. just like pavlovs dogs). I believe actively feeling this "eck" feeling promotes full digestion therefore full bile production.
I had a cup of ginger tea at 930pm to help with nausea, and bedtime tea to help with sleep.
For the one week prep I ate 10 cloves of raw garlic a day (which i just read has been shown in studies to reduce
Gallstones in mice, along with onions) with wholegrain meals and veggies. Lots of tomato sauce because it goes good with garlic.
To be fair and disclose all information, I have been on a wholesome diet for the past 7 years. It is only the last year I finally got around to liver flushing. During that time I also ate extreme amounts of raw garlic and did several colon cleanses.
I also engage in a rigorous energy work routine involving horse stances and under breathing, which i believe help
Liver Flushing tremendously by opening up the meridians and energy channels.
I also have been meditating and doing intense inner emotional healing and integration work for about a decade, and for the most part released/integrated all my anger, begrudgement, and other emotions which the liver holds onto.
Although no emotional healing can be complete without flushing the liver, it did pave the way for what, thankfully, is turning out to be a successful
Liver Flush protocol.
Best wishes~
