Telman's help requested

Sorry to put you on the spot again Telman but we just can't do without you on this forum!I seem to think that you had mentioned somewhere about a recipe for stimulating bile production so we can get a better flush.It called for beets and flaxseed oil but I can't remember what else and I can't find it again.Do you remember it?If it wasn't you please excuse me and hopefully someone can recall it.
