The brown rice is the only grain. You can add the others in Week 11.
You should eat what works for you from the "YES" list. If eggs are mucous forming for someone, they should consider avoiding them. Eggs are not mucous forming for everyone.
I haven't found the nuts and seeds to work during the first 8 weeks even when processed that way. Nuts and seeds come back in at Week 9.
A good supplement to take is All Basic amino acids from Montiff, Inc. We've had many vegetarians and vegans do the Plan successfully using them.
