Candida diet plan questions

Hi Dr.Jeff,

I've recently joined curezone for information about candida. I was steered your way through another user and have just taken a look at the foods allowed on your plan.
I'm vegetarian/vegan - only consuming eggs and butter. I am wondering if alongside the brown rice, would quinoa and amaranth (complete protein grains) be allowed?

Also, you say that nuts and seeds scratch the intestinal walls causing mucous - which sheaths the candida - so why include eggs into the yes foods as they are highly mucous-forming?

Would nuts and seeds be okay if soaked first and then pulverised into a paste? As mostly vegan if i did not comsume nuts/seeds/full protein grains i am left with literally vegetables to eat, rice (which slows bowel movements for me) and olive oil. I have bouts of low blood sugar of late so am concerned to cut-out all grains/seeds/nuts/legumes.

I'm trying to establish a candida diet that is as inclusive nutritionally as possible without having to pop too many supplements.

Huge thanks for any advice you can share.
