Re: My thoughts on the 3 hr. dosing schedule
What I still don't understand from a theoretical point of view regarding the Cutler protocol, is why you can't just take chlorella (or pehaps, some combination of cilantro, chlorella, and garlic, as each has the ability to vaccum up mercury that may be circulating in the body) and just toss the whole three hour dosing schedule, and dose whenever its convenient.
I'm NOT telling anyone to go do this, I'm not an expert or a clinician, etc. etc....But my own experience supports this, a least to a certain degree.
About a couple of weeks after I began taking phosphlipid exchange (whose primary constituents are EDTA and ALA), I ran out of chlorella, and without even thinking about it continued to take the phospholipid exchange for a couple of days while I waited for more chlorella to come in the mail. Well, at the end of the second day I started to feel like hell and really have a sense of the horror stories people relate about redistribution. So I went and got some more chlorella, and within hours of taking a large dose I was fine again, no problem.
The other thing I've never quite grasped about the Cutler protocol, is since redistribution can happen at any point upon cessation of the ALA, then why the hell can't it happen at the end of the 3-day dosing cycle?
