It says to wait 4 hours after protein intake. But doesn't mention how long after antioxidant intake. Any idea how long those stay in the body (or does it matter of they are anywhere but in the digestive system?), if you, say, are taking large dosages of antioxidant supplements?
I guess it would best to hold off with antioxidant and supplements as a whole on days where you do Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?
So, one day with full supplements and food schedule. Next day only bland foods like rice and bread. The day after that back to full supplements and food schedule. etc etc.
