The best thing to do would be to swab the ear with some water kefir to establish some good bacteria in the ear canal to fight the fungus.
The other option would be to put a drop each of olive oil and thyme essential oil on to a cotton swab and swab out the ear. This kills fungus, but if there is any surviving fungi it can rebound if the pH inside the ear remains too high (alkaline). This is why I prefer the kefir idea since it will drop the pH making it harder to impossible for the fungus to grow. You
With either recommendation it would be a good idea to repeat several times a day for a week or two.
