There is absolutely no need to use the epsoms if you can't find any. Not even once have I used and my flushing has been very successfull (about 20 flushes). Of course you need to use some other method then like a SWF. The taste is pretty horrid at first though but it gets easier after a few flushes. At least for me it did. An enema the next morning is an option too. I'm sure that you can get enema bags from a pharmacy. It would be better in these cases that you would empty your bowels with an enema before the flush or with something like Oxypowder (you can order it from the UK) the night before the flush. Tweet
