Re: LF #1: Stones and Chaff yet feeling no difference.
Hi Zed12,
You can tell I do
Liver Flushes fortnightly, so I have adopted the least stressful routine I could find. I have to be able to continue working [although thank God, i work alot from home] and do my exercise classes etc.
Also I have no gall bladder therefore I do not have to overdo the
Epsom Salts .
I do a very mild flush, but I still get out about 30 gms of stones a time and lost of billiary sludge. At times now I feel the billiary sludge could be the orst problem. I am sure I am continuing to make the
liver stones too. either because I still have strongyloides, or because my obdy is overloaded with toxins in the fat stores etc.
I weigh about 10 stones. i am sure weight must have something to do with amount of
Epsom Salts one can tolerate. I canot tolerate alot of epsom if I am to function normally and I do NOT want to overtax my kidneys.
This what I do.
Semi fast for two days on apple juice, and homemade liquidised veg soup.
Six pm on day two I take one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts .
This seems to be enough tio clear my quite empty bowels.
10pm I take the glass of 50/50 olive oil [light] and fresh grapefruit juice.
i go to bed.
I often wake after a few hours with gurgling in the liver and ducts. I then take some lavender massage oil and massage the liver to help pass bile/stones etc down the ducts.
When I wake up I drink quite a few cups of herbal tea, and at 11 am perhaps a slice of toast.
Sometimes I take epsom salts on rising, but it does not seem to make a lot of difference with me...... I am still pretty productive. Normally all stones have passed by about 4pm but occasionally a bigger comes thru the next day.
its not a bad way to diet either. every two weeks I probably loose a pound in weight as I flush.
I take alot of liver support....depending if my liver feels stressed!
Good luck!
