I've had some pretty bad kidney pain during fasting.

Very severe.

but after one Water Fast of 21 days the kidney pain caused me to end the fast with juice.

Right after I stopped this fast, I started urinating sediment, like sand. It continued for three days and I even saved some.

I believe it was kidney stones being dissolved by the fast.

Now I don't have the pain anymore. Tweet
