You made a blanket denial that there was "no conspiracy".
I have illustrated that there was. We can debate about what really happened now instead of whether it was or was not a conspiracy. Because evidence points to collusion.
I still say if he worked with people in the government as he stated, then technically the government is involved, be it distinct factions or otherwise.

You think people in government don't fight and kill each other? In-fighting is par for the course in the struggle for power, just because people related to the government died doesn't mean there wasn't any government involvement.
