Swanson has a gelatin and silicon combination supplement that contains 1.08mg of gelatin and 20mg of silicon aminoate.Is that OK?
Are you sure the gelatin is only 1.08 milligram. If so then they might as well not have even bothered adding it since there would not be enough to do anything. Look at it this way. An average capsule will old around 500 milligrams per capsule. And one capsule is still below the recommended dose. So under 2 milligrams per capsule is completely worthless.
As far as the silicon aminoate that is fine. Basically this is silicon bound to an amino acid compound as a transporter.
