I do eat meat, but I only eat white meat like chicken, fish, and I heard that pork was okay but I'm afraid to eat it. Actually I'm afraid to eat anything other than the foods that I basically eat, and when I do eat meat I eat it on the weekends because that's when I'm not around anyone. Also, I didn't lose any weight actually, even though I exercise I don't think I really burn a lot of calories .Plus, like I said before I pig out on the weekends so I gain back my weight I guess
