Okay, I was not able to get boron before my holiday, but I got borax in my local drugstore.

I'm still a little bit confused, because everybody says I shouldn't ingest borax.

I read that you should use 1/4 tablespoon in 1 L water per day. (for men) Is this true ? What is the upper limit for borax ?
