Beet juice is water soluble, but not oil soluble. Try mixing olive oil (or any oil) with beet juice - the oil will float on top of the colored juice, and not be affected at all by the color. You can stir it and shake it up, but the oil and water will not mix mo matter how hard you try. The green blobs that come out in a Liver Flush are saponified (hardened into soap-like compounds) oils that are composed of olive oil and bile. Tweet
