I know 'fresh-squeezed' is preferred, but when I'm Juice Fasting here lately I've been using pasteurized Organic Carrot Juice....and feeling better. I'm wondering if anyone here has used pasteurized juice? I tried Apple Juice, but the natural high Sugar count gave me the jitters.
The plan is to go on Juice and Water...and slowly eliminate the juice, winding up on just Water.
Why heated Juice? I own three juicers...four if you count my Citrus Juicer, and I just don't have the energy to Juice and Cleanup all day long.
