Re: Canadian Cancer Society spends more on fundraising than research

When you add in all the various agencies and non-profits to the actual medical treatments, drugs and research it has been estimated that the cancer industry has grown as high as $400 Billion a year.  As it has grown, we have seen increasing amount of money spent publicizing and justifying it and tryiing to cover up what a dismal failure it has been.  The fact is that the continued profits and growth of the industry - including the agencies and non-profits - depends on NOT finding a cure for cancer.  That and suppressing natural and alternative cures which threaten all those billions and all those jobs and benefits.
