Re: Removing tartar/calculus

tartar/calculus build up is not *normal*...

many things make small improvements.

Dietary choices...

Oil pull... use a whole, cold pressed oil, preferably organic.

Use an edible clay, real salt and baking soda powder for your toothbrush - you can make this yourself for cheap.

Wet your brush with a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide.

Make and use a mineral mouthwash. Could be as simple as salt water.

Use a negative ionic\ion toothbrush - I am very pleased with my soladey.

Use a negative ion generator as part of an air cleaner to clean the air in your most frequented rooms.

Use grounding technology.

I have seen small improvements with each of these methods over several years and have NO build up on my teeth unless I go several days (as in three or four), without brushing... and then it comes right off with simple brushing. When, before I traveled down this road, I had to receive cleanings every three months... and the tech still complained. Now I go twice a year, and maybe... spend a few minutes in the chair while they try to find something to clean.

Look up ion plating and you will understand... perhaps.

Humans have created an *environment* that is far too imbalanced to the positive ion side - and that is causing many health problems.

We are biochemical and bio-electrical machines...
