If you can, try to find integrative medicine doctor who is familiar with AF and can test you with saliva test. The urine 24 hr test basically can't show anything because the way the test conducted is to poll your urine throughout the day and thus the result is averaging result. The saliva test will show how your cortisol level fluctuated throughout the day (give better indication if you have adrenal issues). If you want to know details on how to read the saliva test result, you can read previous postings on saliva test. There are many good information on those threads.
