I went to mariano. He prescribed me armour thyroid, amitriptyline, and 2 months after that prescription he added hydrocortisone therapy.

None of these improved me at all. Hydrocortisone was a horrible experience for me, but I know a few people get help from it.

Mariano is a psychiatrist and an endocrinologist. I think we have viral/infectious/toxicity problems. Some medications like ssri's can help with this, but most medications do not. Mariano was a good doctor, a nice man, but I don't think he has the answers for chronic fatigue syndrome or "adrenal fatigue" at all. Tweet
