Re: Question for an asthmatic

I'm asthmatic too. I'm on Day10 and have not taken my twice-daily Serevent Inhalations since I started, and have used my Albuterol only a few times. I definitely have a lot less asthma and only when walking uphill do I get any at all, and even then, not all the time.
I'm so encouraged by this cleanse. Before I started, I couldn't walk a block without major low back pain. I walked twelve blocks the other night with NO pain whatsoever, and only a little asthma.
I am doing this under the care of my chiropractor/healer and it really helps to go in and get adjusted too. I'm not doing the SWF, but doing salt baths at night. I haven't had a lot of elimination since the third day but I feel good. Most days I have more energy than when I was eating but a couple of days have been quite tired. (That may be because I've been foster mother to some orphaned baby squirrels and have to get up every 4 hours at night to feed them, grins.) I think the tired is natural; we're giving our body a lot to detox from and the lemon and cayenne are making our metabolism a lot faster, in my opinion.
I found this forum when I was on Day 1, and read every page, lol...I hadn't come back since Day 2, tho..but it IS so nice to know that there are others who are doing the same thing and going thru the same things; it really helps!
Keep up the good work, everyone...smiles... Barbara/maristeluna
