Re: Kidney Failure, Chronic Nephritis, Dialysis Research update...
I buy my cordyceps from

Great quality and very effective. I buy 16oz size each time.
I am currently not dialyzing today and tomorrow and the next day testing to see what happens. I began to realize how dialysis helps you keep your blood cleaner during the healing process, but after a while, and each person will know when this is if they exercise wisdom in this area, will have an idea of when to try stopping dialysis to see if the healing increases at the point, due to the fact that dialysis actually sucks valuable nutrients out of the system. When one understands the functioning of the body, it is 4 components that heal the body and keep it healthy. 1. Nutrition are the building blocks that the body uses to rebuild itself, which God already programmed into the body. It's constantly wanting to heal. 2. Good sleep, absolutely vital to heal properly. This is the place that 90% of healing occurs, during sleep. Find a copy of Jack Garvy's book "Sleeping Well". Excellent book on how to get into a more useful form of healing through sleep. 3. Exercise, another very vital thing that the body needs. At this stage of a person's life, it becomes much harder to do this, since kidney disease means dirty blood, and that means sluggishness and always feeling tired. So, one must employ great drive and perseverance in the recovery process in this area especially. 4.Positive mental attitude. Studies prove that the mental attitude will always effect how a person feels physically. So, making sure not to allow depressive thoughts to linger. In this kind of disease, those thoughts WILL happen, I'm proof of that. But one must learn to fight those thought, chart their progress, so they can see improvement to give them encouragement. This type of therapy is a long process, but I do now believe healing kidneys is possible.
One thing I happened upon by accident and I believe it's helping, Lychee fruit (pronounced: leechee) It's mainly grown in China natively. But there is an online site that grows organic lychee in Florida. I read where Chines and Indian medicine uses lychee fruit to improve kidney function and liver function if they know kidney disease is apparent. I've started eating lychee now for about two weeks. Problem is it's only available for about two weeks each year. Here is where I bought 10 lbs of the fruit.

Make sure you keep an eye on your phosphorous with Lychee fruit. I've noticed that my potassium no longer seems to be a problem and I don't worry about eating too much any more. Once my phosphorous gets to that point, that will be great. I've also began urinating quite normally now. I still urinate about every 2 1/2 hours at night, but that's an improvement over every hour about a month ago. Remember when you started urinating more at night? It wasn't suddenly every hour, it slowly increased over time. So, logic dictates that it will decrease slowly over time.
Chart your symptoms and you'll SLOWLY see them creep backwards.
I hope this helps.
Also, I take organic flax seed oil and yes, I do eat tofu and soy products. Good source of protein, and it seems the kidneys like that food for healing. The only meat I eat is fish like tilapia and salmon. I don't eat any "unclean" meat or fish. That is vital. Do research on Kosher meats to understand that. "Unclean" meats are those that are scavengers. They eat the waste products of the earth and like they say, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. So, if you eat say pig, then guess what, they eat rotting food, the dung of other animals, and the crap of the earth, so you are what they eat!
