Just a remark on Iodine - you need to supplement selenium while you supplement iodine. These two are what thyroid needs at one time and their assimilation is interdependant.
You could be lucky and have excess of selenium, but the truth is it is usually disastrously defficient. Start at least at 200micro a day. 400micro is still a safe dose.
