Ok, you know the luffah scrubbers? This is the leaves itself. So what you do is cut off the long stalks and use the leaves only and dry them as they are extremely bitter. You can put them in capsules and take 2 a day.

I also cook with the dried lufft and make different things. Here is my cure all soup.

1 liter of water
6 grape leaves, fresh
1/2 cup dried luft
1/4 cup barley
1 chicken bouillon
salt
2 cups broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 small onion

Now cook this on medium heat for 40 minutes. Add more water at the end to thin out to your particular taste. Toss the veggies and drink the liquid only. It taste fab.
