No big deal (and i am more than prepared to drop this in the spirit of harmony) but i think we are talking about 2 different kinds of water, metabolic water specifically referring to that which is produced when the hydrogen by-product of fat (and/or glycogen) burning combines with oxygen to form new water and not the water that already exists in whole form in the body that is released and utilized in the fast.
In any case, are you in disagreement with Dr. Filonov's quote that i posted where he talks about 400ml per day?... and if so do you have any actual sources to contradict his position?
