Why don't you take a breather from all of this for a little while. Go & do some thing that you really like to do. Go have your favorite dinner, do a little gardening, read a book that you have been wanting to read. Get some sunshine, go for a walk or get some sort of exercise. Be with friends or family and try not to talk or think about all of this for a while. You just need to recharge. We all do. We just can not eat, drink & sleep this 24/7. It is too wearing on body & soul. Remember you are not alone in the fight. Believe good things. Say your prayers. Keep the faith!
