I've heard it all. Spleen dampness is the usual candida diagnosis. Dampness is what they see candida as, as moldy and too wet. She probably suggested that you don't drink/eat dairy and also eat hot foods, not cold. Spleen is what TCM views as the digestion portion of the body. Acupuncture didn't help me. I defintely felt it effects in different ways and I had a weird pain in my ankle that went away with acupuncture and some other stuff but as far as main symptoms are concerned, acupuncture did not help me. I've been to 4 different specialists. Could be different for you though.
