H202 rapidly, within seconds is broken down by catylase enzyme. This provides an sudden spike in reactive oxygen which is what some white cells, antibodies use to destroy pathogens.

The main difference that ozone offers is that it is stable and circulates in blood stream longer,...longer half life.

Ozone is alkaline and if you have lyme toxins or yeast toxins can make you feel worse as these toxins are highly alkaline and nerve agents. (Townsend Letter)
