You probably do need to take some magnesium supplements. 400 mg a day of magnesium as magnesium citarate split over 2 or 3 doses a day would be good. It will help relieve the constipation. You could try doing a one month parasite cleanse with Wormwood , green Black-Walnut hull, and cloves. There are several formalas that have this, and some have extra herbs as well. Is you body temperate usually normal, or above or below normal? It seems like it would also be a good idea to take a B50 supplement 2 or 3 times a day(not at night though), vitamin c 1,000 mg 3x a day, and selenium 200 mcg once a day.
