Re: Tsetsi, must juice emulsify yolk?

Hi,

I am not sure i understand what you mean by emulsifying the mix. To me, emulsifying meas to whip it into a white, creamy, puffy substance. if this is what you mean, then you do not have to do this. I would not recommend it whatsover. In fact, too many mixings or blades or utensil turns inside the mix would creat bad cholesterol and you do not want to achive this negative result. You can even just poke the yolks and pour the contents into the juice and swirl the cup around in one hand, to mix the potion and then simply pour the oil into it and swirl again. No need to use any equipment to emulsify it. the less, the better. simply enjoy it afterwards and if you need stronger affects, simply increase the dosage, by multiplying eveyrthing by 2 or 3.

Let us know how you do :)

Regards,

Tsetsi
