The lime juice / egg yolk / oil method works well, which is why this discussion has become one of the most popular forum discussions on this website. To comment on your castor oil “Warnings” -- Castor oil has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes, both internally and externally. It is commonly mixed with egg yolks, again, not at all controversially.

We have all fallen victims of the panic-a-rama employed by the healthcare industry at some point in the past, which is why we are all here today, seeking the help of the tried and TRUE methods.
