I don't know what your dream means, but would like to point out that your skin is considered a protective barrier,
keeping germs etc out. It is also part of our "packaging" so to speak, and can represent superficial or surface concerns.

The term "in clover" means good fortune, especially financially.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps you think others only like or want to be around you because of your wealth or good fortune.
