Day 2 of 30 day cleanse
Just starting with
The Master Cleanse again after several failed attempts in the past few years.
I find my problem is motivation and will power, not coping physically.
As I have no confidence in my willpower at the moment, posting here to give myself a record ofwhat I'm doing. This has helped motivate me in the past.
Lots of thanks to all you who have posted your successes and failures on this site. It motivates me to read about your trials and achievements.
SO started on 17th May, and planning to break on 18th June - depending on whiteness of tongue of course. And it's got a thin white layer at the moment.
I'm posting on modified forum because I'm trying a couple of additions that I want to see the outcome of this time.
They include:
1. keeping up my green food intake. I take wheatgrass and spirulina daily, and a combination also.
2. taking a good multivitamin every couple of days. 30 days is a long time and while master cleanse lemon/maple apparently supplies the neccessary vitamins and minerals, there seems to be a consensus that the body does get depleted of these reserves - have made an effort to build them up ahead of time.
3. I'm going to see what very small amounts of organic coconut oil do. Concerned that it has a constipating effect, but the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) looks like it deals with that quite comprehensively, and coconut oil seems to be the a detox agent, and a fat which has a low glycemic index and breaks down simply as well as encouraging the metabolism to stay higher.
In a month there's a piece of very intense healing work I need to take part in and I want to be well prepared for it. Having trouble with my usual instinctive cynicism on the subject of energy healing, even though there are always effects when it is done to me, and also when I do it to others.
Hoping to find a way to integrate my heart and gut on this subject through serious meditation and physical preparation for the process. If I optimise from the body out for this, then I will be in the right space when whatever it is happens.
If....
Yeah well OK
when....
And now... on the subject of motivation... time to get the washing in!
All the best, hope to hear from some of you and good luck with your own journeys.
Love
Ciaren
