Re: 10 Indications the United States Is A Dictatorship
I think they forgot to mention the court industry that operates in cooperation with the dictatorship now. It is just another for-profit industry like the prison industry. Although they ruled in various cases years ago, showing what is really going on in this country. It fell on deaf ears and now they're in bed with the crooks too.
And I would throw in the fact that the federal government has launched a war against the states on various fronts, with one being the border in Arizona. The courts ruled a long time ago, that the federal government is a foreign corporation in relation to the states.
And they forgot to mention the fact that our federal government IS a foreign corporation taking over our country. It's as simple as that.
Several court cases have established the fact that the UNITED STATES IS a corporation. And a couple have established the fact that it's a foreign corporation.
United States v. Perkins, 163 U.S. 625 (1896)
http://supreme.justia.com/us/163/625/case.html
“Whether, under these statutes, the United States are a corporation exempted by law from taxation.”
“Whether the United States are a corporation 'exempt by law from taxation”
“In addition to this, however, the United States are not one of the class of corporations intended by law to be exempt [163 U.S. 625, 631] from taxation.”
“We think it was not intended to apply it to a purely political or governmental corporation, like the United States.”
And if you read more of that case, it legally establishes that the United States is a foreign corporation to the states. And that the states did not create it.
Estate of Hendrix, 77 Cal. App. 2d 647

“We entertain no doubt that the United States Government is a corporation”
Van Brocklin v. State of Tennessee
http://laws.findlaw.com/us/117/151.html
“In the words of Chief Justice MARSHALL: 'The United States is a government, and consequently a body politic and corporate, capable of attaining the objects for which it was created, by the means which are necessary for their attainment. This great corporation was ordained and established by the American people, and endowed by them with great powers for important purposes.”
UNITED STATES v. BURNISON, 339 U.S. 87 (1950)

“The California District Court of Appeal, at 651, declared that this was really a bequest to the United States, a corporation,”
UNITED STATES v. COOPER CORPORATION, 312 U.S. 600 (1941)
http://laws.findlaw.com/us/312/600.html
“We may say in passing that the argument that the United States may be treated as a corporation organized under its own laws, that is, under the Constitution as the fundamental law, seems so strained as not to merit serious consideration. “
