An enema may make all the difference! Coffee enemas - good or bad?

I think an enema makes all the difference in the world and a warm- water enema is one of the best, because you have lots of water to work with. I am not familiar with the kit you are describing, but I think it probably resembles a light plastic hand-held liquid bubble-insert, which I don't think is enough to get what you need OUT completely. I would invest in the walgreens enema at $11, if you can find it. And yes, some of the best results and feeling is achieved after this enema is complete.
