Should one feel a difference even before the enema, or does it take the enema to feel the great feeling after the flush? Also can one use a store bought enema such as Fleet which comes in a squeeze bottle and has electrolytes in it that empty the colon, so it is more than just warm water, and perhaps easier to use?
