I did the morning flush but was wondering when I can eat again. It's been about 90 minutes and I'm fairly hungry. If I do the flush in the morning should I leave 2-3 eggs out the nite before? I bought an entire carton of organic eggs and don't want to leave them all out at room temp--doesn't seem safe to do that. How many days in a row can I do the flush? or should it be weekly? And how long (how many hours should pass) before I do an enema--5-6 hours after flush concoction? Let me know at your convenience. Thank you
