this morning I feel a lot better, feel more hydrated as my body must have found water supplies while I slept and I seem to have lost quite a bit of fat. Had a nice long wee this morning.

Very interesting stuff. In recalling my 3.5 day dry fast i was always thirstier at bedtime than upon awakening too, still thirsty, but with the edge decidedly taken off... and i felt the same way that my body seemed to have found water as i slept. But then by the next bedtime i was always decidedly thirstier than 24 hours previous so the solution was never permanent for me. What can it all mean? :)

PS: I am very surprised how active this forum has been. My prediction that it would be slow (like general fasting and intermittent fasting) was quite faulty and i'm glad this is the case.
