Gold coin preperation....for liver flush

Hi! Everyone! Just wondering if anyone here has taken the gold coin grass and experienced pain in their upper shoulders and neck . This is only day two of taking GCG and I'm experienceing a lot of pain. Any suggestions and recommendations as to what I should do besides continue taking it???
I realize this means mine is badly congested but maybe someone here can tell me of their similar experience , this will be my very first liver flush...if it hurts now with just taking this I'm wondering what to expect when I actually do it....
