Yes, I did The Clark Flush as posted on this site. I did take malic acid for about a week before this flush, but I did not take any before the last two. I didn't see any real difference in the amount of stones I passed with the malic acid versus without. All three times I passed about 2-3 dozen a pop.

As for the grapefruit juice, it is only one 3/4 cup serving (assuming you are drinking the Epsom Salt with water and not juice). Given the relatively small amount it hasn't really been a problem for me. Tweet
