I'm cool

The Continuum Force

I approach Liver Flushing from the need to cure gallbladder stasis a common side issue of spinal cord injuries, which had been exacerbated by many years of consuming morphine to kill the pain and an inability to take proper exercise. Also quite common in spinal injuries, mine included, is a condition of biliary sludge; the formation of a thick viscous gel which can block the biliary duct causing pancreatitis. My gallbladder gives up its stones very slowly as they are suspended in this jelly hence the need for many flushes. I was told quite rightly when I started that I could expect twenty or more flushes; a guide figure for people who exhibit Fibromyalgic type symptoms.

I share many of you opinions concerning the food we eat but I am also very aware that this forum is populated with people that desperately require support. In that context, care is valued more highly than opinion on many occasions.

Perfectionism is a trait that fuels among many things the ever growing problems associated food. Although I have my own views about eating I do not believe this forum is an appropriate stage. It is important that people who visit this forum can share difficult thoughts and feelings on equal terms.

My best regards

Telman
