for the therapeutic coffee. Take a quart of distilled water, put 3 TBSP of the coffee in it, boil it for 5 minutes, simmer for 15 minutes, cool, strain, use 2 cups at a time in an enema bad and hold for 15 minutes each time, then expel. Helps the pain immensely and made me feel a lot better. Tweet
