get a stool test for candida and parasites ect... Get an IGG/IGE food allergy panel. Meridian valley and Metametrix. Don't fool around guessing what the problem might be. For sure you have toxicity issues, keep the colon moving if that's an issue, and get these tests done.

if testing is not an option (700 dollars) you could do ellimination diet + candida diet + gluten free 100% diet. But again... get tested. I turned out to be allergic to eggs and almonds, the IGG reaction is so delayed I never caught on. Tweet
