Need Expert's Advice on Current Health

Below I have listed a number of my symptoms that I have had for almost 10 years. It has been a long road to where I am today and I feel I have wasted A LOT of time. I know I have a problem with my digestion as a whole. I think I have it narrowed down to congested liver or maybe Candida. I have done Dr. Jennifer Daniels Candida Cleaner( Turpentine and sugar, which was a total leap of faith I will tell you) Digestive enzymes don't work, and I am currently doing Liver Flushes and am coming up to my third. My second flush produced 200-300 pea-sized, 50 cm sized, and 10 up to almost an inch in size. Only a few from each size were not bright green, and I also got tan crushed-stone like gravel come out that might have been from the Chanca Piedra. I felt better for 2-3 days after but then went back to the usual symptoms. After this flush I developed a slight pain to the right of my belly button and below it about an inch about the size of a baseball in area. I have read up on here that it could be an issue with a valve or IVS. I need a little direction from someone who knows what they are talking about. Here are my symptoms:

I get very irritated after eating fatty foods or other hard to process foods.

I am fatigued all day, every day, no matter the quality of sleep

My shoulders and knees hurt for no reason, especially my knees

I have dark circles under eyes and it is chicken skin is texture (MY BIGGEST ISSUE)

I am unable to gain weight or muscle( 20 lbs. underweight)

Dry and sometimes very itchy skin

Muscles ache way too much after exercise and go away slowly

Anxiety and stress

White coating on tongue that is not painful

Eczema

Acne around mouth when I dont brush coating off tongue (This is what made me suspicious of Candida)

Poor short-term memory

Inability to concentrate

White marks on fingernails for no reason
Chest pains

I drink a lot of water and eat a healthy diet.

(SIDE QUESTION) Is it ok to use Mag 07 or colosan by itself without colonics after a Liver Flush to clean out stones left behind in colon?
