Well, I had had exostosis years before I became a pro athlete. So, I assume there is something else. My osteopath told me it's related to my posture. Not sure.
I take plenty of dietary supplements but I don't take calcium as I thought it might increase the size of exostoses.
What supplements would you suggest?
Regarding veins, I've recently started taking Horsetail (silica) and vitamin C (up to 4000-5000mg a day). Will see if it works.
It's been almost a week on IP6 and I've read up to 30 days should be fine but I'll probably continue for 2 weeks first and see how I feel. At the moment I'm on 2+1g of IP6 (on an empty stomach) with 650mg of additional Inositol and 200+200mcg of SeMSC (~1 hour after IP6/Inositol).
FYI I use Swanson brand.
